📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include items marked as Final Sale, products that have already been used or damaged by the customer, or items returned after the allowed return period. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the situation and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

⏳ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cancellation might not be possible.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to personal reasons such as selecting the wrong size or changing their mind. If the item received is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return or replacement cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
